HelixADU is a San Diego-based planning partner that helps homeowners prepare for ADU, addition, and whole-home remodel projects before construction begins. We guide the conversations, coordinate the consultants, and translate between homeowners and builders.

What we do

• Lead feasibility and concept planning.

• Coordinate designers, surveyors, engineers, and other consultants.
• Create bid-ready packages and introduce licensed general contractors.
• Help homeowners evaluate construction estimates so they can sign design contracts confidently.

What we are not

• We do not build ADUs or manage construction.
• We do not pull permits or act as the general contractor.
• We do not guarantee construction pricing.
• We do not sign construction contracts on behalf of homeowners.

Construction is always performed by licensed general contractors under separate agreements with the homeowner.
